APPROACH

A DIFFERENT KIND OF INVITATION

Producing a memorable invite was crucial when engaging over 60 local dignitaries, CEOs, board members, and community leaders. Our goal was to craft an invitation that not only captured their attention but also sparked their curiosity, setting the stage for engaging discussions about the #CreativeCapitalOfCanada movement.

Given HIP's reputation as an innovative leader within the community, it was key that these invites reflected the company's forward-thinking approach and embodied what the movement was all about.

Invitations that doubled as gifts and served as keepsake-worthy posters.

OUTCOME

SHARING ONE OF OUR FAVOURITE BOOKS

Support from our friends at Penguin Random House played a pivotal role in advancing our movement and reinforcing the message.

Their assistance in sourcing personalized and autographed copies of “How To Fly A Horse” by Kevin Ashton added a special touch to the conversations while showing HIP’s appreciation for each individuals remarkable contribution to the community that has all led to the significant breakthroughs throughout Waterloo Region’s history.

HIP’s invitations laddered up to a fruitful public discussion, helped highlight the deep-rooted problem-solving traits that define Waterloo Region, and invited our advocates to explore parallels between their own endeavours and those of those mentioned in the book.

These individualized packages acted as tangible symbols of our collective commitment to fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration within our community.

DON’T worry. There’s more.
