APPROACH

Not Your Average Developer

HIP’s projects all begin with a vision of creating an experience that have a positive community impact. As an innovative real estate development leader in Southern Ontario, we placed their local communities in the forefront. Through partner highlights and celebrating their community initiatives, we brought forward HIP’s true motivation. With developments coming to life across Southern Ontario, their vibrant portfolio also required showcasing.

In coordination with Durrell Communication, we helped communicate how different HIP Developments truly is, drive their positive impact, and avoid any misconceptions by making HIP’s agendas publicly available.

OUTCOME

Making Real Estate Development HIP

Between installations from world renowned artists, architects, and sculptures across HIP’s portfolio and their generosity across municipal programs, we extended their brand narratives across social media accounts. As a result, our efforts accounted for a +11% increase month over month across Instagram, FaceBook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

While HIP tended to their development projects, we made sure we were there to capture the progress and share every step of the way with their shareholders and purchasers. In coordination with our photographers, we ensured that their portfolio was covered across +10 locations at on a quarterly basis.

DON’T worry. There’s more.
